I recently came across an amazing piece at an exhibition: a sculpture made using traditional Korean paper crafting techniques, with LEDs and sensors hidden inside that change the light patterns based on the viewer's movements. At first, I thought, "Isn't this just a tech show-off?" but then I realized it was a completely different experience.

The warm texture of traditional Hanji meets the cold precision of digital, and there's a strange feeling that the past and future are in conversation, and I realized that real innovation comes not from the technology itself, but from the way we look at the old.

Using this approach, I started a small experiment of my own, combining my watercolors with augmented reality (AR) elements to create an interactive piece where a static landscape painting comes to life when you shine your smartphone at it, showing the changing seasons.
